WARRANTY

If my product is within the warranty duration, do I need to pay for repairs? How long does it take?

Usually if this scenario happens, a thorough investigation will take place. Once it’s all done and the product has been proven defective and still on warranty we can request for Return to Sender (RTS) and can choose to ask for a new stocks or even a refund.

 

How do I check the item/s warranty?

For some items, you will find a warranty card inside the package.  You can check also the specifications on the product page.

 

RETURN/REFUND

I received a damaged item. How can I return the item for replacement?

Refund is possible if it is within the warranty period and the returned product is in good condition. HuBient Shop conducts further investigation prior to refund which may take two to three weeks.

 

I received an item that I did not order. What do I do?
